We quote based off the project. In order to give your production the best deal possible, we’ll need the following information: length of shoot, date(s) requested, guest count, type of shoot, estimated budget & location within our facility that fits your vision. With that info, we can give you a rough quote. As your production develops, the quote may need to be modified to fit your needs. But that’s no problem and all changes will be agreed upon in writing.

Tours are subject to availability as we are often booked. If the facility is in use, our only available timeslots will be 30 minutes before a production, during the production’s lunch break & after their production has completed.

You’re ready to book, that’s great! We ask that you complete our booking form which outlines all the details of your production. This helps us gain a greater understanding of your needs so that we may accommodate. As your production develops, we understand that needs change and we’ll do our best to remain flexible. Please be sure to include any special requests so that they may be added to your agreement.
Tech Scouts may be scheduled between 9AM-5PM on weekdays, by appointment only. A representative is not always at our facility. Tech scouts are subject to availability as we are often booked. A booking has been completed and secured when your location agreement has been signed, your invoice has been paid in full & your security deposit has been submitted.
A $1000 security deposit is required for all bookings. Deposit must be secured no later than 48 hours prior to your production date.
Your deposit will be refunded within 2 business days of your final production date, less any overages incurred.
A Site Representative will be assigned to your production and will arrive 15 minutes prior to your Hard In, to answer questions and assist with load in.
